dear weightwatchers

Your pita's arn't very good, they are too thick.

So yeah I tried them today lol I went to the gym today also finding it hard to keep my motivation at the gym, it isnt getting there, its staying there!


  1. Yeah I don't like the WW pitas either. I just buy Sainsbury's wholemeal ones, much nicer and worth the extra calories.

    Stick with the gym, it takes effort to get into a gym routine but once you have it you will just do it as a normal activity and it won't be such an effort to get going.


  2. If you're a label reader, sometimes you can find other brands of pits (ironically enough sometimes they are the store brand)that will have similar nutritional content - even fiber! You have to calculate the points for these but they will probably be cheaper and maybe even taste better! I have your opposite problem with the gym - I have to push myself to get there - or in my current case, join a gym. Once I get there, I'm fine. Hope you find your mojo there soon!!!

  5. At least your going to the gym! That's motivation enough in my opinion. I've been having a hard time making doing any working out.. although I need to!
