I am going to a rollerderby tonight that my friend is in! She is a part of the Bavarian Barbarians haha her name is Trudy a.k.a Truly malicious. Going to be so much fun! I also went to the gym today, normally if I know I am going out that night I don't go to the gym but I did, and I sweat my buns off- hopefully literally!

I was totally going to do Roller Derby, however, being 38 now, I was very worried about getting injured and taking forever to recover. Have a blast!
ReplyDeleteYou're never too old to start playing! I have played for 5 years, I just recently stopped. But our best player was 42! She's been playing derby for close to 10 years! It was so much fun and I miss it terribly, but my right knee is in bad shape, so I had to give it up.
