New Recipe! Fettuccine Alfredo

I didn't take a picture because, well frankly - it's not that pretty but its yummy!

Ingredients
1/2 package Shirataki fettuccine noodles
1/3 package of ground turkey
1/2 cup classico light alfredo sauce
chopped white onion
1 cup chopped broccoli

directions
Strain your noodles and rinse them really really well and don't smell them, they smell super gross! Once it is rinsed really well put them on a paper towel, dry them really well and just put it to the side

heat your pan to medium high heat, throw your turkey and onions in the pan and brown the turkey. Once the turkey is cooked put your noodles in and heat those bad boys up, next pour your sauce in and get it all cooked up. Once it it heated up put your broccoli in and cook it for only a couple more minutes. Plate it up and eat it!

  1. So many people don't like the shirataki noodles and Im convinced its because they arent rinsing and drying em well enough because the only difference I feel is they are a little chewier in texture but are still SOOOOOOO good :0)
