weight tragedy.

So after not going to the gym for two weeks and not watching what I eat I fear I have gained five pounds. BUT  today I started over and began drinking six litres of water again, and I am going to get my period next week so maybe it isnt all fat. Also I weighed myself after drinking those six litres, and like half hour after dinner. So I am going to give it a few days of being on the ball and then I am going to weigh myself in the morning.

So how do you guys do protein shakes, and breakfast. I want to go to the gym early in the morning, should I eat breakfast, and then go to the gym and then drink a protein shake or is there another way?

  1. I think that sounds right. The only thing that you can do now is get back at it. Water is my problem, kudos to you for getting 6 liters a day! Have a great weekend!

  2. Wow, 6 litres a day is crazy. I wish I could do that. Water is also my major downfall!
