I'm dying. I'm totally dying. At least I feel like I am. I am craving so bad  its not even funny, I already ate a peanut butter cookie and half a turkey sandwich. So I came here to type it out, it is already making me feel better. It all started after I went to the gym for an hour to watch 90210 and get my elliptical on, than the grocery fairy had to come so I went to the grocery store. While there I stay out of the middle but I needed bread so I went and then I saw the cookies, and the damned twinkies. The craving started here, and did not stop. I didn't have the will power to not stop at Tim Horton's and get 1 peanut butter cookie. Than I came home and ate my turkey sandwich, I know if I didn't come here I would be eating bacon right now or maybe a loaf of bread. Alright so I that is my craving and it is still pretty bad so I am going to browse around the internet until it subsides.


  1. I've been craving something sweet for the last 3 or 4 hours after seeing some chocolate animal crackers and 2 bite size snickers on the counter... but, I haven't caved and I am about to go to sleep to forget about it. It sucks! Stay strong!

  3. I crave certain things too so I try to avoid the middle aisles of the grocery store.

    Some things I do to avoid cravings
    1) Weigh myself
    2) Exercise
    3) Sleep Early
    4) Try to make it at home (a healthier version)
    5) Online shop/window browse and look at gorgeous people wearing your dream clothes!
