It was yummy, and I promise to take a picture when I get my camera from the car. But here is my recipe to share with you all! It is really simple and really quick.
Carrots
celery
green pepper
onions
corn
serving of lean beef
1 and a third cups of low sodium beef broth
I like a chicken version too, I put one chicken thigh in all cut up and red pepper instead of green.
I like to cut up all of my veggies first and then I throw a little bit of olive oil in my pot, then the beef and veggies. I cook it up until my house smells like heaven. Then I add my broth and cook it until my veggies are soft enough and it just looks like soup!
