It felt soo good to be back to something consistent and non-drama filled. I realized today how much I missed the gym and how it makes me feel not just my body but my mind. I got to just exercise and watch random tv, I didn't think at all about the trouble in my life right now. I never thought I would like the gym before I started this journey of a life time- it is now a refuge.

ReplyDeleteYay!! I agree, I love the gym once I get started working out. There is always that "UGH I don't want to get up and go." Once I'm there, I'm happy and get let off steam and frustration peacefully. Hope you are having a good week!
