up and at um

I got up today and made my way to the gym for an hour, and guess who I saw there- this girl I hate who I have talked about before. She is such a wench but she has always motivated me because I want to be better than her, I am better than her in every sense but she is currently beating me in the physical portion, it drives me nuts! I always feel good though when I see her there because you can tell that she is self conscious and insecure when she sees me ( yay me). So yeah I worked out and than went grocery shopping. Came home had some soup and a sandwich. I weighed myself today and the result issssss 281 so I havent gained the 4 pounds I thought.
