Worked all day, ate healthy, did stairs, came home and binged- wtf


  1. It happens. What did you binge on? How were you feeling? Were you hungry or just stresed?

    I was a closet binger for years and it took me to dig deep and deal with the emotional reasons before I could stop it.

    Treat today like a new day.

  2. Forgive yourself and focus on tomorrow! I've done the exact same thing, saying no to real dessert all day and coming home to binge on "diet food". Just keep your chin up, we're all rooting for you :)
