You will need:
stability ball
weights
medicine ball

yoga mat

Stability ball twist- 2min.

Stability ball bench press- 2min.

W raise- 2min.

plank- 10sec. holds 10 sec. rests for 1min.

Side plank- "

reverse crunch

v-sits

star ups

REST
 Arms

split stand wood chop- 2min.

Ball swing- 2mins.

You can sub in stability ball bench press here instead.
