butt/thighs some abs circuit

Lunges-
length of your gym's class room twice back and forth. OR once back and forth if you find it to difficult to do proper lunges.

Plank-
20 seconds than rest for 10, than do it again once.

10 push-ups
10 v-sits
10 butt dips

5 burpees

1 min. steps

REST

Repeat until you want to die.
