So my ankle is pretty much better, well kinda lol it still hurts a little bit but by tommorow it should be fine and I can get back to the gym. I am also trying to come up with some recipes and some workouts that I can put on here and share them with you, my wonderful friends.


  1. make sure you give that ankle proper time to heal or you will put your self out of the gym for longer. I would give it about a week then try again.

  2. Take care and rest that ankle! I love the positivity in your "About Me" page despite some real life challenges in your past...I'm in for the long ride, I've got 175lb ish to lose so its going to be a long one...I'm absolutely all for supporting each other along the way..this is a great support community.
