The June Boom has three rules:
- Exercise every day in June. I will exercise for at least an hour everyday
- Start something you've been putting off. I have been putting off walking(or some kind of exercising) to the gym.
- Be publicly accountable. I'm a blogger! plus Ill put it on my twitter? and my youtube? lol yeah that.
I will be joining Alan on this Challenge! I haven't done a challenge yet but I want to, it sounds like it will defiantly help me reach some goals and in turn make me a happy camper! So my motivation this week will be this challenge, Thanks Alan!
