Motivation Monday




The June Boom has three rules: 
  1. Exercise every day in June. I will exercise for at least an hour everyday
  2. Start something you've been putting off. I have been putting off walking(or some kind of exercising) to the gym.
  3. Be publicly accountable. I'm a blogger! plus Ill put it on my twitter? and my youtube? lol yeah that.
I will be joining Alan on this Challenge! I haven't done a challenge yet but I want to, it sounds like it will defiantly help me reach some goals and in turn make me a happy camper! So my motivation this week will be this challenge, Thanks Alan!

  1. That's a great plan! I have a friend here in Seattle who bikes to the gym, does weights there, and bikes home. Keeps the cardio interesting and adds to the workout. Good luck!

  7. June Boom - I love it! I might take a leaf out of your book and do no 2 - start something you've been putting off. For me that would be walking to work once a week or swimming once a week.

  8. I can't commit to working out everyday, but I will do most days. Plus I'm starting my CrossFit this month, so that is my something new! I will be accountable in my blog. Thanks for the motivation!! :)
