I think a restart is in order

After a long and treacherous month and a half has been hard on my waistline, my weight loss and my life in general! so I will be getting back in order and back on track. I feel heavier and unhealthy, plus I feel bloated and yucky. Water water water tomorrow, going to the gym and not going to put ice cream or french fries anywhere near my mouth! BAHHHHHH

    Snacking... In two days, I had three pieces of cake, a bag of chocolate chips, and a pint of sorbet, among other things. I hate doing that, and I tell myself to stop, but I still just lose control with stress eating.

    I just recommited to getting back to my healthy spot. I know what you mean about the bloat. That is the worst. You can do it.....i can too.
