Who knew going gluten free would be so controversial?

Just to let everyone know, I have read up on the positives and negatives about going gluten free is you are not a ceiliac. Just like any change in your eating it can have effects on your health and body, I accept this. If you have been a long time follower than you know that I went on the atkins diet back in the day just to try it, it made me feel really bad and I had alot of negative side effects, I stopped right away. I will try this going gluten free thing for a month and if I don't feel ship shape than rest assured I will stop. I also weighed in today and gained a pound, I am frustrated and need to bust through this plateau I am stuck on, thank you for standing by me even if I haven't been a good weight lose blogger, but a maintaining blogger lol. I will get through this and make my goal happen.

I set a goal for next summer that I have to adhere to and I am motivated by it, I met a guy about a year ago that is a painter. He is fantastic at it and he has been wanted to paint nudes or provocative pieces, our first time hanging out we hit it off and have been great friends ever since. He has had a crush on me the whole time that he has made very clear but he has wanted me as his model for a year and a half now so next summer I decided I will do it. I want to, it will be empowering and I will feel so sexy. So I called him yesterday and told him I am in, he was so excited he was making plans already haha he only has 11 more months to wait. I think my friend is going to do it as well, she wants to feel all empowered and stuff too!

  1. I went gluten-free a few months back with only a couple slip-ups. I feel better. I think as long as one eats a lot of good veggies and some nice fruits and quality protein, and can even eat starchy veggies (tubers and such), that there is all the nutrition one needs. No nutritional deficiency should occur giving up gluten-ous grains. None at all. Fiber can come from veggies and fruit. :D

Hope it works well for you.
