I really want to blast the calories the next couple days to get me over this hump. I started to interval training but I want some other exercises to go with it, do you guys have anything else?
oooh Burlesque dancing sounds awesome! Interval training on the elliptical leaves me completely spent. If you want to throw your body for a loop though, a Kettlebell circuit reallllllly works! Plus, there are some great at home kettlebell workouts that (if you are a beginner/intermediate) are REALLY worth the investment.
I alternate between Jazzercise and running. That seems to do the trick for me.
ReplyDeleteHave you tried spinning? or Zumba?
ReplyDeleteelliptical always kicks me in the rear. and spinning
ReplyDeleteElliptical is the ultimate workout machine. I hate doing it but it certainly works!!

ReplyDeleteThank you, everyone.
ReplyDeleteman I want kettleballs soooo much, I have heard nothing but good things.
If/when you're short on time, do a few sets of Burpees and Mountain Climbers. They are KILLER!! Ouch.
ReplyDeleteSwimming burns about 1000 calories per hour for me! Water jogging burns 1200!
ReplyDeleteGood luck!
